Our services are available in Kathmandu and other regions of Nepal. Service availability may vary by location.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

Certain features of our platform, such as the caregiver application portal, require authentication through Google OAuth via Firebase. By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Service Inquiries and Bookings

When submitting a service inquiry through our website, you agree that:

  • All information provided (patient details, medical conditions, contact information) is accurate and truthful
  • Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee service availability or create a binding contract
  • Our team will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your care requirements
  • Final service terms, pricing, and schedules are confirmed separately after consultation

5. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing starts from NPR 299/day for our Basic Care Package. Actual pricing depends on the level of care required and is confirmed during consultation. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, with prior notice to existing clients.

6. Healthcare Disclaimer

Aashirbad Care provides home-based care and nursing support services. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical treatment or hospital care. Important disclaimers:

  • Our caregivers operate under the supervision of qualified medical professionals
  • In case of a medical emergency, always call emergency services immediately
  • Care plans are based on the information provided and professional assessment, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed
  • Patients and families should continue consulting their primary physicians

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Aashirbad Care and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
