This panel defines the molecular subtype of your breast cancer (luminal A, luminal B, HER2-enriched, or triple-negative) — the single most important factor in choosing whether you need hormone therapy, HER2-targeted therapy, or chemotherapy.

When you should consider this test

• After diagnosis of breast cancer before treatment planning
• To determine if hormone therapy, HER2-targeted therapy, or chemotherapy is appropriate
• As the standard initial receptor testing for all invasive breast cancers
